Jo has over 25 years of project delivery experience of complex projects. This experience has primarily been in the built environment, both in the UK and Internationally, including aviation, rail, water, data centres, commercial, residential and hotels. Jo has extensive experience in senior leadership roles from Southern Water, Heathrow Airport, DE&S and Mace. Jo is an expert in planning and scheduling, project controls and programme management. Jo has a strong understanding on the wider issues surrounding public and stakeholder engagement, and extensive experience of the DCO and planning process, public sector procurement and operational interfaces. At IPA, Jo is primarily focused on the Government's major transport portfolio, as well as supporting MOJ's new prison building programmes.
