Appointed as the COO of Willmott Dixon Construction in January 2015. The business employ over 1,400 people and deliver an annual turnover in excess of £1bn. John has over 30 years of service with Willmott Dixon. Prior to his role as COO, he was managing director in Willmott Dixon’s London and South region, and has also held several senior commercial and operational roles within the business. A strong believer in purpose-driven and participatory leadership, John works hard to shape and develop the right culture within his businesses. In doing so, he inspires people to deliver exceptional results by focusing on the importance of customer service, innovation and the deeper purpose of the company. John is a passionate believer in putting the customer at the heart of our business. His successful Building on Better programme is about how we as a business offer a first-class service and quality product.
