Carolyn Dwyer is the Director of the Built Environment at the City of London Corporation. Her role is to secure smart, connected, sustainable development and infrastructure to accommodate inclusive growth.
She has over 30 years’ experience working in the Development Sector, including the planning, financing and delivery of major projects as well as the development of place-making through design of public realm, open spaces and development of cultural strategies and programmes. Carolyn has held ministerial appointments, is a Non-Executive Director of Shoreham Port Authority, Scottish Futures Trust and sits on the Boards of Resource London.
