Widely regarded as an expert in major engineering-led civic projects, Harbinder leads the Hawkins\Brown Infrastructure and Transport team, providing design leadership on all projects within the sector.
He is a chartered architect and a member of the previous Architects’ Journal 40 under 40 list. He is a fellow of several esteemed organisations, including the Royal Institute of British Architects and the Institution of Civil Engineers. Harbinder is currently delivering architectural designs for two of the UK’s largest infrastructure projects: Thames Tideway, and three new stations at Tottenham Court Road, Bond Street and Liverpool Street for Crossrail 1 The Elizabeth Line.
Harbinder is a member of the Mayor of London’s Infrastructure Advisory Panel and the HS2 Independent Design Review Panel, as well as sitting on design review panels for Camden, Croydon, Ealing, and Old Oak Common.
