Paul is a Chartered Civil Engineer and major programme delivery professional. Currently Director of Delivery Performance and Assurance on the multi-billion New Hospitals Programme, Paul has previously led capital programmes in the Environment Agency and Department for Education, and until recently was a Director in the Office of Government Property in the Cabinet Office. Paul has public and private sector experience across infrastructure, environment and sustainability, property and strategic estates.
