A consistent trend across Andrew’s career has been the delivery of sustainable, high quality and award-winning development intended to stand the test of time. Adoption of technology, innovation and a solutions focus has underpinned this, particularly the adoption of BIM on projects since 2011. Projects and Client Portfolios of note include Kings’ Cross Central, Rathbone Square, 120 Fleet Street, Terminal 5 at Heathrow, the University of the Arts London, the Wellcome Trust and the International Quarter at Stratford. Embracing the challenge for improved environmental performance of property – in construction, operation and at end-of-life – is the single greatest and most meaningful impact he sees for the industry.
