Michael Walters currently leads Corstorphine & Wright activities in London and the South, our ESG strategy and implementation across the Practice and expanding the practice's portfolio of work in the Science & Technology sector.
With over 35 years of architectural experience, Michael has fostered enduring partnerships by guiding clients through creative development opportunities across a range of sectors, including transport, commercial, mixed use, education and R&D. His approach emphasises collaboration, ensuring that each project evolves from concept to completion with meticulous attention to detail. He is committed to creating an environment that promotes, creativity, wellbeing, inclusivity, and sustainability.
Michael assumes overall responsibility for developing and overseeing all environmental, social, and corporate governance policies and procedures with the aspiration for Corstorphine & Wright to become renowned for being a socially aware, ethical employer and sustainable architecture practice.
At present, Michael is leading several innovative Life science projects . These include the repurposing of Victoria House, a significant Grade II listed building in central London and the transformation of the Grafton Centre a shopping mall in Cambridge into an urban Life science campus.
