Puja has over 20 years’ experience in the built environment sector, leading on complex central London mixed-use and regeneration projects, with high quality design and placemaking, transport infrastructure interface and championing high sustainability credentials. As Development Director at British Land she is responsible for development projects across Paddington and Broadgate campus. Prior to joining British Land, Puja led on establishing commercial JV for Transport for London that involved complex over station development. Prior to TfL, Puja has worked across UK and Europe managing over 5m sqft commercial real estate transactions for corporate occupiers.
