Caron is a senior leader with almost 15 years' experience working in the built environment and is the Regional Head of Social Value at Mott MacDonald. Working with private sector corporate clients, as well as, on large-scale public-sector contracts in the commercial, defence, nuclear, health and education sectors has given Caron firsthand experience of the benefits and impacts of major projects. This experience has given Caron an incredible wealth of knowledge, skills, expertise and insight into what great social value delivery looks like and the power of having the right partners in place. She fully understands that true stakeholder collaboration, partnership working, shared team objectives and community connectivity has the power to change lives and have a massive socio-economic impact. Caron’s past experience, coupled with her passion, dedication and commitment to doing a great job gives her the assurance to devise the strategies, create the plans, lead, advise, measure the impacts and to influence all project stakeholders to get involved and make a difference.
