Andy is Managing Director for delivery of Anglian Water's major infrastructure work. Andy was previously VP for major programmes at Jacobs, Programme Director for Tideway, and Chief Tunnel Engineer / Tunnels Project Manager for Crossrail.

Andy is a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers and the Association for Project Management, and is an Honorary Professor in major infrastructure delivery at UCL.
