Ating brings some solid experience from her prior roles in the private sector, with a strong focus on project development and delivery particularly for transport-related infrastructure. With 17 years of involvement in this dynamic field, Ating has been working alongside partners to tackle real-world challenges, identify project opportunities, secure funding, and ensure successful benefits realisation. Ating is currently leading the Council's £15.7m Levelling Up Fund Programme, which aims to enhance the existing public transport service in south Sutton to unlock growth, benefit local businesses and residents. Her leadership is driving positive change and making a real difference in the community.
