Carolyn has over 30 years experience in the Construction Industry. She is currently Strategic Director for Growth, Development and Regeneration for the London Borough of Sutton. She is also a Non Executive Director for the Jersey Development Company. She is a Member of the Road Expert Panel for the Office of Road and Rail Regulation and a Commissioner for the National Preparedness Commission.
