With over 25 years of experience in strategic real estate and regeneration, Lesha Chetty is a Business Unit Director at Mace, a global construction and consultancy company. She holds a Master of Science degree in Major Programme Management from the University of Oxford, where she honed her skills in delivering complex and large-scale projects that create positive social impact.

At Mace, Lesha leads a multidisciplinary team of consultants that provides strategic advisory and project delivery services to clients in the Cities and Places market.  Her team advises the Local Government, Housing and Regeneration, Sports and Leisure, Arts, Culture and Heritage, Schools, Blue Light and Social Care sectors.  She helps clients align their asset strategy with their business strategy, optimise their portfolio performance, secure funding and investment, design and implement transformation programmes, and enhance their organisational effectiveness. She also serves as a governor at Activate Learning, an education and training provider. Her goal is to deliver sustainable and innovative solutions that add value to society and the environment.
