Liz is a Chartered Project Manager with 25 years’ experience delivering projects and programmes, spanning major transport infrastructure, business change, ICT and modernisation. Liz has worked on some of the UK’s largest infrastructure programmes and shaped and developed investment propositions for many others. She has undertaken delivery, sponsorship and advisory roles for a number of public sector organisations, and her focus on strategic outcomes led to her current role in the Customer, Strategy and Communications function within Highways England where she is currently the Director for Strategic Projects leading a variety of teams to deliver a portfolio of transformational change.
